Volunteer Confirmation
You can log in at any time to view and edit your volunteer choices. Room, times and activities are subject to change so please check in at the volunteer center for the latest information. You will receive a confirmation via email if your volunteering information changes prior to the convention.
Volunteer Center
Please make sure to sign in at the volunteer center 30 minutes prior to your shift start time in order to receive your raffle tickets, shirt and snack.The volunteer center will have sign in sheets and information describing the duties for the opportunities that you are volunteering for at the convention. The volunteer Center will be staffed as follows:
- Wednesday, November 10th – Orlando Orange Convention Center (Room TBD), 2:30 pm – 8:00 pm (TBV)
- Thursday, November 11th – Orlando Orange Convention Center (Room TBD), 7:30 am – 4:00 pm (TBV)
- Friday, November 12th – Orlando Orange Convention Center (Room TBD), 8:00 am – 4:00 pm (TBV)
- Saturday, November 13th – Orlando Orange Convention Center (Room TBD), 7:00 am – 2:00 pm (TBV)
Volunteer Raffle
The volunteer raffle will be held on Saturday November 13th (time and place TBD). No need to be present to win. Go to the www.giftcertificates.com web site for a complete list of all the participating merchants.
Miscellaneous / Contact Information
Please note that you are still responsible for registration as a student, professional or other for the 2021 SHPE National Convention. Alex Saint-Blancard will be your primary contact at the convention and will be accessible via radio.
